Medical Plan
LFS provides two options of coverage (Low and High) through a PPO plan.  The plan offers primary doctor co-pays and includes a prescription drug benefit. Vision coverage for exams, frames and lenses is a part of the medical plan.

Dental Plan
Employees may enroll in the dental plan, which provides preventive, basic, major, and services coverage on a pre-tax basis.

PTO Accrual Plan
The agency provides a generous paid time off accrual plan to allow employees needed paid time off for vacations and in the event of illness.

403b Savings Plan
Employees may contribute through payroll deduction to a pre-tax savings plan up to the annual IRS limits.

Voluntary Supplemental Insurance / Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Employees have the opportunity to enroll in life insurance plans to cover themselves and family members through payroll deduction.
