SPLASH Camp is an exciting program to be a part of and there are several ways you can help.

Volunteer

Are you passionate about helping others? Are you looking for a culturally diverse volunteer opportunity?

If so, we would like to help you help others! Volunteers are needed to help with the many services areas. We are looking for teachers who can help children learn English. We are looking for nurses who can help teach basic health concepts to children. We are looking for group leader assistants who can stay with a specific age group to provide consistency to the children’s day. We need people who are willing to help prepare daily lunches on site and for field trips. We also need people to volunteer in these areas: Transportation, Music, Crafts, Recreation, and Field Trips. Volunteer for a day, once a week, a week, or the entire summer. The schedule is flexible! For details and additional information, contact Cindy Ott at 803-260-1011 or Cindy.Ott@lfscarolinas.org

Donate

Individuals and businesses who would like to help support the work of SPLASH may do so by making a financial donation or by providing resources. Many of the children served come from nations with harsh environmental and/or political conditions. Our hope is that not only will there be one SPLASH in the Columbia community, but that another camp will be possible for summer 2009. Thank you for your donation to the children of the SPLASH Camp.
